To allow Good Karma to send a notification of your tribute or memorial donation, we will need the contact information from you. To supply this information, either:
Complete the form during the donation process for a notification to be sent by email, or
Drop us an email at info@goodkarmapetrescue.org if you would like us to mail a tribute card on your behalf. Be sure to include the mailing address and the name of the person you donated to honor and any type of note you would like the card to include.
