FAQs and Contact

Since Good Karma is volunteer-run, we fit in our volunteering duties in between 9-5 jobs, families, and the rest of our daily lives! So if you have a question, please check to see if it’s covered on this page or website before you contact us… it’s the fastest way for you to get the answers you need!

  • Please review the information on what to do on our website SoFlaPets.org - Found a Pet.

  • Please review the information on how to go about rehoming a pet on our website SoFlaPets.org - Rehoming Help.

  • Go fill out Good Karma’s Surrender Request form and we’ll be in touch ASAP to let you know if we can find foster placement for the pet you would like to surrender. The form is the easiest way for you to communicate the information we need to know about the pet to see if we have a foster home who can care for the pet in question.

*Please note that large, pit-mix type dogs and adult cats are the very hardest for us or any other animal rescue organization for to find foster and forever homes for, and the most often euthanized for space at animal shelters. If you have a pit mix or adult cat who needs rehoming, please review the information above for tips on how to rehome a pet before contacting us because chances are high that we may not have a foster available. Please do everything you can to keep them with you, safe in your home! We are all animal lovers and of course will try to help if we can, but often we just do not have fosters able to take those categories of pet.
